Mind and Body Transformation Program

As a trainer to some of Hollywood's hottest stars I am bringing my successful and effective program to consumers across the country. I specialize in preparing actors in an extremely short period of time for their roles. My program includes maintaining their condition throughout the filming, as well as providing on-going training when desired.

My training system is based on an innovative technique combining Weight Training, Pilates, Yoga, Cardiovascular Conditioning and Fun Activities. My program is not limited to physical activity.

The 5 stages of the 30-Day Mind and Body Transformation Program:

1) A complete fitness, nutrition, and psychological evaluation.

2) A fitness and nutritional program based on their individual needs and capabilities.

3) An appreciation for proper nutrition and daily exercise.
